Guests love the location of this hotel near Robson Street Vancouver for shopping and people watching. Rosellen Suites at Stanley Park hotel is a half block from Stanley Park and near countless other downtown attractions.

Air Conditioning

Though some ground floor suites are air conditioned, the climate in Vancouver rarely requires this need. Each suite is provided a fan and there are a limited number of portable air conditioning units available for guest use. Several windows in each suite can be opened.

Cancellation Policy

As a small residential suite hotel, last minute cancellations and early check-outs can affect us greatly. Therefore, the following cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

Advance Purchase Reservations

Advance purchase reservations are offered at substantial savings for those guests who are confident of their travel plans and would like to take advantage of paying in full, in advance, to take advantage of the rate. These reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking and are totally non-refundable and non-changeable. For those who prefer, travel insurance that covers cancellation can be purchased through your local travel agent including AAA/CAA. This same policy applies to any advance purchase promotion rates such as our Run of House suite and rate types.

Cancellation for Reservations of 29 Days or Less

Cancellation requests for reservations of 29 nights or less must be made no later than 17:00 hours (Pacific Standard Time) at least 7 days prior to the reserved date of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is equal to one night room rental plus applicable taxes. There is a 7-day notice required for early check-out or a one night room rental plus applicable taxes charge will apply. A deposit of 1 night room and tax is charged at the time a reservation is made.

Cancellation for Extended Stay Reservations of 30 Days or More

Cancellation requests for extended stays of 30 nights or more must be made no later than 17:00 hours (Pacific Standard Time) at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee for extended stays is equal to one half of the monthly rental rate reserved plus applicable taxes. 14 days notice must also be provided for early check-out to avoid a fee of the remaining nights on the reservation or 14-nights room and tax whichever is less. A deposit of 14-nights room and tax is required to confirm a stay of 30 nights or more.

Children & Special Needs

There are a limited number of cribs, highchairs and playpens available on a first come, first served basis for a nominal fee. In order to eliminate disappointment and to ensure that your child's needs are met, we would encourage you to reserve these items in advance. Deposits

Advance purchase and promotional rate reservations indicated as advance purchase are charged in full at the time a reservation is made. Reservations of 29 days or less that are not Advance Purchase or Promotion will be charged a deposit of 1 night room and tax at the time the reservation is confirmed. Reservations of 30 nights or more will be charged a deposit of 14 nights room and tax at the time the reservation is confirmed. Reservations for 3 or more suites are consider a group reservation and separate deposit and cancellation policies apply. Please contact the hotel directly to discuss group reservations and the policies.

Dining

Rosellen Suites does not have any Food and Beverage outlets on property. Each suite offers a fully-equipped kitchen and there are restaurants to suit every taste just steps from the hotel.

Fitness Facilities

Complimentary passes are available for the fitness center at a local fitness centre.

Housekeeping Service

For stays of 6 days or less: Each suite receives light housekeeping service daily (change of towels, empty trash) and full housekeeping service twice per week.
For stays of 7 days or more: Each suite receives housekeeping service twice per week.
Additional Housekeeping Service can be provided upon request with advance notice. There may be a small additional charge for extra service. As is common in many all-suite hotels, please note that during your stay guests are responsible for cleaning their own dishes. If confirmed in advance, housekeeping can assist with this for a small additional charge.

Included in Rate

Rates include complimentary local and toll-free calls, high speed wireless internet access, cable TV with movie channel, access to the local fitness centre and Vancouver Aquatic Centre and housekeeping service twice per week. Please note that your room rate does not include any incidentals that you may incur, such as long distance calls, laundry services, dry cleaning, parking charges, or gratuities, nor does it include any Federal or Provincial taxes.

Internet Services

All suites are equipped with a complimentary high speed internet access.

Luggage Storage

We have a small storage area where we can store your luggage for a short time during office hours. Perfect for early arrivals or if you have a late flight home, and want to store your luggage so you can squeeze in one more day of shopping!

Maximum Occupancy

Most 1-bedroom suites can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. All 2-bedroom suites can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. A limited number of 2-bedroom 2-bath suites can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. There is an additional fee of $20.00 plus tax per night for a 3rd or 4th guest sharing a 1-bedroom suite and for a 5th through 8th guest sharing a 2-bedroom suite and for a 5th through 12th guest sharing the Penthouse Suite. There is no charge for children 11 years or younger using the existing bedding in the suite. If you will have more than 6 guests in a 2-bedroom suite advance notice to the hotel is required.

Parking

Rosellen Suites at Stanley Park provides outdoor and secured underground parking for an additional $25.00 plus tax per vehicle per day or $225.00 plus tax per vehicle per 30 night stay. Advance reservations are strongly recommended as on-site parking is limited.

Party Policy

Nestled in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood, large and loud parties are strictly forbidden at the hotel and a strict quiet by 10:00pm (indoors and out) is heavily enforced. Any misbehavior or inconvenience to any guest will not be tolerated, and may result in your immediate eviction from the premises, without refund.
Rosellen Suites has a zero tolerance for parties.

Penalties for early check out / Late check out

A penalty may be implemented if sufficient time has not been provided due to a change with ones departure for long-term contracts.
Late check out times MAY be available but are not guaranteed. Upon request and approval by the manager, there is no charge for late check out up to noon (12:00pm). From noon to 3pm would be an additional 1/2 rate charge, anytime past 4pm would be a full rate charge.

Pet Policy

Rosellen Suites at Stanly Park is a Pet Friendly Hotel and four legged guests of all kinds are most welcome. Advance reservations for a Pet Friendly Suite are required. Pet owners are responsible for any and all damages incurred by pet, which would include noise complaints as a result of barking or any other pet generated noise that results in disturbing other guests. A pet contract is required to be signed at check in. The additional cleaning fee for pets is $20.00 per day, or $100.00 per stay or per month plus tax, plus any damages or furniture replacement costs required. Guests are responsible for all costs associated with excessive cleaning or damage incurred by their pet(s).
Housekeeping will not enter a suite with an unattended pet. Please note that hosting a pet in a suite designated as a pet free suite will result in a minimum $500.00 cleaning fee. Please notify the hotel in advance if you will be bringing your pet.

Pool

Complimentary passes for the Vancouver Aquatic Center are available to our guests. For additional information, they can be reached at 604-665-3424 for schedules or by visiting their website.

Smoking Suites Not Available

Rosellen Suites at Stanley Park is a non-smoking property. Smoking in any suite is strictly forbidden and will result in a minimum $500.00 cleaning fee. All public areas are strictly non-smoking.

Wheelchair Access

Rosellen Suites at Stanley Park does not have wheelchair access. There are 6 stairs to enter the front of the building and 1 flight of stairs to enter from the parking lots. There is an elevator that operates between floors 1 to 4. Bathrooms in the suite are not accessible by wheelchair. The Penthouse requires walking up 1 flight of stairs.

Extended Stay Penthouse Cancellation

Extended stays in the Penthouse of 7 nights or more requires a deposit at the time of reservation of 7 nights room and tax. Any changes and/or cancellations of the reservation must be made 14 days or more prior to arrival. Changes or cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 7 night room and tax penalty. Any changes to the departure date received less than 14 days prior to arrival will also incur up to a 7 night room and tax penalty.

Check In / Check Out Times

Check in time is after 4:00pm on your day of arrival and check out time is 11:00am on your day of departure. We guarantee that all rooms will be ready for arrival by 4:00pm. For guests arriving before 4pm, if your room is ready, we will check you in immediately. If your room is not ready when you arrive before 4pm, we can certainly store your luggage until 4pm or later.


Check out time is 11:00am on your day of departure. Late check-out times MAY be available but are not guaranteed. Upon request and with approval from the manager, there is no charge for late check-out up to noon (12:00pm), from noon to 3pm would be an additional ½ rate charge, anytime past 4pm would be a full rate charge.

For guests arriving outside of office hours, please make sure to read the late arrival instructions included on all reservation confirmation sheets. There is a Duty Manager available 24 hours per day to assist with emergencies after hours.
